These Terms and Conditions establish the rules for accessing and using the websites, mobile applications, retail locations, and all other digital or physical services operated by S. Rays, Inc., which does business as Shady Rays, including its subsidiaries and related entities. Together, these offerings are called the Services and include all products, content, and customer interactions connected to the brand.

Prescription eyewear and related optical services are subject to extra requirements, including sending a valid prescription. Users are responsible for making sure the prescription information they provide is accurate, and such orders are generally final once processed, subject to applicable policy exceptions.

The Services may include links to outside websites run by third parties. Shady Rays is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites, and users visit them at their own risk.

All Services are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error free performance, or complete security. To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability for damages from using the Services is limited, and users agree that any claims will be capped accordingly.
